Streamlined Menus for Mobile and Online Banking

The next time you log in to the Mobile app or Online Banking, you’ll notice we’ve made some changes to the menus. We’ve streamlined the navigation to make it easier to find what you need and get your banking done, either at home on your computer or on your phone on the go. Here’s a quick look at what’s new.

Mobile Banking

In your Mobile Banking app, the menu is in the same place as before, but your tools and services are now categorized together into four submenu groups: Accounts, Transfers & Payments, Self Service, and Financial Planning. To open a submenu, just tap on the menu item.

Online Banking

When you log into Online Banking on your desktop or laptop, you will see that the menu navigation has moved up to the top of the screen, just below the top header.

Click on one of the menu options and a drop-down menu appears. Within each menu category, you’ll find the same options as you would within the Mobile app.
