How to Get Your Smart Seller Bonus

• Complete the Smart Seller Bonus claim form on or before December 31, 2020.
• Get connected with one of the certified HomeAdvantage real estate agents.
• Sell your home using that agent on or before June 30, 2021.
• Earn a $250 bonus if your house sells for $100,000 to $249,999.
• Earn a $500 bonus if your house sells for $250,000 or more.

Your Smart Seller Bonus will be paid in the form of an Amazon e-gift card and delivered via email within 35 days after closing. Your bonus will be bundled with our standard HomeAdvantage Cash Rewards program. Cash Rewards can be used to reduce your agent’s commission when you sell your house or taken as cash back when you buy. Salal members earn an average of $3,000** in Cash Rewards per transaction.
