Partnering to Make a Difference
Through our Community Business Partnerships, we work to enhance the lives, careers, and financial wellbeing of people in the communities we serve. It’s our goal to empower your employees through direct support of career development opportunities, along with providing access to quality financial tools, services, and education. We partner with businesses of all kinds, with a special focus on healthcare professionals and cannabis industry employees.
A Collaborative Approach
Our approach to partnership is flexible and collaborative, with customized plans designed to augment and supplement the employee wellness and education programs of our partner organizations. This support often takes the form of funding for scholarships, grants, and continuing education opportunities, as well as free on-site financial education classes and special offers on many of Salal’s financial services.

Learn More About Employee Perks“King County Nurses Association is grateful for the partnership with Salal Credit Union because it allowed us to expand our opportunities in continuing nursing education, scholarships for nursing students, and community projects. These programs would not have taken place without the funds from Salal Credit Union and we really appreciate the assistance!”
